<description>&#60;p&#62;@MamaCate:  I started with oral temps and then switched to vaginal. I waited to complete a cycle before switching.  I think I read that on FF that you should not switch temping methods mid-cycle because the analysis will not account for it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I remember reading that you should still try to take your temperature in the morning rather than after you wake up at night, and I think it's preferable after 3 consecutive hours of sleep.  They say vaginal temping is more accurate so maybe that would help?

<description>&#60;p&#62;Anyone know how being up at nights affects BBT?  My lo is 20 mos but has been up a lot this week for a variety of reasons and my am temps have been all over the place.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I know that being up from say 4-5 am would change my temp at 6, but am wondering if there is a direction of the change like if that would make it higher or lower.&#60;/p&#62;
