<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't know if this is totally true but I've heard that vaginal has less effect on BBT because you're taking it locally, vs oral progesterone which is going to affect everything including temp. also why vaginal is supposed to produce less side effects (though it still has some).  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I didn't temp on progesterone (I was doing endometrin if it matters) but it did make a difference in my pre-AF spotting. I always had a dip with that spotting w/o progesterone so maybe it would have kept my temp up but I'm not sure.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My temp typically drops below the coverline CD10-11.  We are trying progesterone this cycle, starting 2 days after O.  Today is 5DPO. I'm taking progesterone 200mg capsule vaginally at bedtime.  I thought my temps would be up significantly, but they aren't.  What should I expect to see on my chart?
