We don't have A/C, but I'm going to go buy two more fans today. Luckily, it doesn't get very humid here, so it does cool off at night and sitting in the shade is fine. We don't go outside unless DD asks to go, and we don't stay out long. I try to pump her full of water when we do go and I usually try and nurse DD2 even if it's "not time" because it's so dang hot and I bet she's thirsty.
