I have shoulder length, fine, mostly straight hair but it has a little wave right in the top in the front. Three minutes brushing it with the mini and it looks like I took the time to blow dry it. I ended up getting the Revlon paddle dryer/styler. It was about $35. You use it on wet hair and dry/smooth at the same time. I've used it a few times now and like it more than my regular hairdryer. My hair is thick and wavy (even curly in spots) and the Revlon made it smooth and shiny and dried fast. I thought it would be straight but not “wear my hair down” straight. WOW I’m impressed.</p> <p>It took me about 7-8 mins total...while watching a 2 year old who was in to everything. So maybe 5 mins completely focused? Then I let down another layer. Then basically do the top layer. So I do my whole head in 3 layers and it’s pretty much perfect after. And that still takes only 6 mins. If I didn’t layer it out it would take wayyyy less.
