It doesn't forward face but that wasn't an issue for me because I wasn't planning on forward facing my DD anyway. I love the internal sling. It's so easy to transfer the baby from one person to another, and also from front carry to back carry. I've never tried the Gemini so not sure how that one works. I know a few people with Ergos who said their babies got upset if they couldn't face out-- I know it's not good to do for a long time, but I like to have the option. I dont know anyone who has either of these so I am looking to you ladies to help me decide. </p>
