Wrote BEDTIME across the top and let him decorate with stickers. Then we explained to him that he has a chance every night for three stickers - one for getting ready for bed nicely, one for staying in bed while he falls asleep, and one for staying in bed all night. I'm thinking about trying sticker charts to reward things like brush teeth, go potty, read a story, sing, lay in bed, wake up in morning, etc. but am having a hard time finding any I like.</p> <p>Does anyone use a sleep sticker chart? Where did you find the one you use? Any that I could download would be amazing, but I'm not opposing to buying one either! </p>
