<description>&#60;p&#62;Definitely do a saline rinse.  It should help clear the allergens in your nostril to make it feel better.  It works really well for colds as well.  Hope you find relief soon!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Get a saline spray. That keeps me more moist than a neti pot or saline rinse. I will sometimes do the others and then use the saline spray to keep it all moist.
