I have pneumonia but my blood counts are already down from last night so i'm on the mend! Dr thinks it'll probably happen in the next week but our goal is to make it to 36 weeks to avoid NICU time. He is really pushing this bed rest thing. Yay! They did find an area on my lungs that was concerning. Said its either pneumonia or something else from having my insides so squished. The Dr. At the clinic was not my Dr. &amp; this pissed me off. BUT he said even though my BP was elevated it wasn't concerning, they found no protein in my urine &amp; apparently I hurt like hell because of a sinus infection. I believe about 2% of that. My chest &amp; back are so tight that it hurts to breathe. I caught a cold and my pre-e spiraled out of control. I was hospitalized, prepped for a c-section, but with rest they were about to get my BP down. Steam will help with your sinuses, as will a lot of fluids like PP have said. Normally, I would suggest a bit of exercise to help loosen them, but I don't know if you are up for that or if it would be best considering your mild Pre-E. </p>
