I only bought one size the smaller of the two suggested sizes and I was hell bent on getting into it because of the money I spent. I started wearing it a few days pp and it wouldn't fasten all the way at first but after a few days it did. By about 2 weeks pp my stomach looked flat- I definitely had pregnancy weight left to lose but I think it really helped with the deflating and de-bloating. That said, I've only had one pregnancy so I don't have anything to compare it too and I was thin before pregnancy, but I loved the way putting it on made me feel and look less pregnant. While I did like that it seemed to help shrink quickly, it also became too big pretty quickly. I also have a very short torso, so it was rather bulky and uncomfortable, so I'd wear it only on/off during the day. After it got too big, I switched to the ShrinkHipz which I really liked! Hips were a big worry spot for me. I think I was in PP jeans and weight by month 2 pp? I liked it except for the fact that you can't really wear it out unless you're wearing a flowy top. I was just able to fit into my Squeem 1 week PP. it's not as adjustable as the belly bandit but it's more of a corset so it's good to wear under more form fitting things. I had to use ice packs for 2 weeks with my first so I thought this would be nice to have. I did the sizing like it said and the binder part wouldn't come close to closing at 3 days PP. By the time I could actually wear it end of week 2 I was done with ice packs. I hate the biker shorts because the ride up on me. It started off super tight (I started wearing it a month postpartum) and I was afraid it was too small, but it stretched out a bit after a couple uses and was perfect. Once I lost more weight it did bunch a bit, but other than that I found it very comfortable. With my second pregnancy, also a c-section I asked at the hospital for a binder and they gave me one. They didn't offer, so I am glad I asked. I saved mine from last time because I loved it so much haha. I got mine when my OB stopped by to check on me the afternoon or morning after the c-section... she asked if I wanted it and then sent in a prescription (I guess it is considered medical equipment?) and then a medical delivery company brought it to my nurses and they helped put it on while I was still in the hospital.
