It may help keep things in place, but it won't be as effective as the bandit.</p> <p>@lydg: @kml636: i got the belly bandit off of craigslist (gently used and in good condition) for half the original price and used it at 6 weeks post partum. it is pricey, but i wish i got it RIGHT after i gave birth. I definitely love it. It holds my pants up and I'm glad that I haven't had to buy maternity pants yet. Even totally unbuttoned and unzipped, I could feel my jean tops and button/zipper digging into my skin and I felt like I was trying to adjust it all day and keep it from creeping up/down. Then I moved to maternity pants when they stopped fitting comfortably.
