yeah i know i wont really be able to diet. I just wonder what is safe and what works once you get to that point where you can start to think about it.

I got an abdominal binder and it was so itchy I only wear it when I'm going out. I'm hoping to get cleared to work out in two weeks. I thought about dieting but once I heard it could decrease my milk supply I decided against it.

I would definitely stay away from cleanses while breastfeeding. It would really mess up your milk supply. I used an abdominal binder after my c-section, not for getting back in shape, but to support my incision, and it was much more comfortable when I was wearing it for the first few weeks. Most OB's recommend waiting until 6 weeks PP to resume workouts, other than walking.

I am almost 35 weeks and I am starting to think about what to expect and what might help me get my body into shape after i deliver this little monkey. I see things like the Belly Bandit and certain cleanses or workouts. i should note that I do plan on breastfeeding so I know i will have to make sure anything i do is healthy for baby. What worked for you?
