I am 35 now... you do the math- I've had it longer than I haven't. I purchased this flexible one. You cut the post to the desired length and the balls are self-threading. I cut a length a little longer than my normal barbell. Hole hasn't closed up ever...I will test it once in awhile. The hole got stretched so flat now. I got it done 11 years ago, and I think I've changed it twice in my life! It's so weird to not have it in, but I figured it was time.
