I was sent for an ultrasound at 37 weeks. They found instead of LO being small she was really quite long and just tucked up in there. Don't worry about it, we just have long torsos! And we are lucky because I never got those dreaded rib kicks that people complain about. She minded her business down low :) I'm 40 weeks today and, even though my fundus doesn't extend to where a diagram might say it should, baby is healthy, happy, and super cozy... I'm 5'4 with a short torso and my belly mostly looked like a basketball because there was just no room to grow any other way. But I have a friend who has a much longer torso and her bump was wider and taller, but not as extended out.
