We use Huggies overnights but that isn't enough. So I got insert pads and that helps a lot. We use Luvs and have never had a problem. Up and up did not work for us at all. We used to use Pampers Swaddlers. Pampers Extra Protection or even Pampers Baby Dry does a pretty god job overall.
