I wore it so the pressure was on the incision and the bototm of it was below the incision. I wore it for about a month. It just felt SO much better with it on. I you had a c, did you wear a belly wrap/abdominal binder? I feel much better with it holding everything in and supporting my back, but I worry that it might put too much pressure on the incision especially when sitting. </p>
