I wore a belly wrap (given to me at the hospital) for like 2 months after my c-section. It was amazing, held everything nice and tight.

@LivsMama: I don't know if I'm having a c or not (possibility due to LO being breech) but I am getting a belly bandit... was hoping to read a good review from someone on here :)

I used the Belly Bandit and loved it. I wore it so the pressure was on the incision and the bototm of it was below the incision. I wore it for about a month. It felt SO much better

I got some sort of wrap thing at the hospital with my first c-section. I wasn't given one with my second and didn't use one.

@Leeenie- my obgyn said no to belly wraps. I had an infection because my incision tore and she wanted my wounds to breathe.

@banana - so the bottom of the wrap was below the incision? And the pad was stuck to the wrap?

I wore the belly wrap for 1-2 months after my csection! It just felt SO much better with it on. I put a long maxi pad over the incision area, and then put the belly wrap over that.

I just had a c section a week ago and as expected my belly is still swollen and hanging over the incision. I you had a c, did you wear a belly wrap/abdominal binder? I feel much better with it holding everything in and supporting my back, but I worry that it might put too much pressure on the incision especially when sitting.
