I made my son bentos a few times at home and it didn't help. But he does like it at school so I stopped making them at home so it can be his special school thing. I use compartmentalized trays for his meals at home though which work just the same. I recently started putting his entire meal on a serving tray. The plate, drink, utensils and napkin.
