We chose to do outside toys, as they last mulitple seasons and hold up nicely. We also got a water table &amp; wagon. We don't have a huge family so we won't be overwhelmed by gifts. What high quality/long lasting toys would you recommend for this age? Are there any essential items we might need that I am not thinking of yet (like first pair of walking shoes)? </p>
