Echoing what @lulumom mentioned - I use Beach Body on Demand and have noticed a maternity workout program. I'm keeping it in mind when I get knocked up.

not specific to pregnancy, but there might be some on there, Beachbody on Demand has a TON of programs, all of which offer a modifier to make it easier if needed. And best part it's only $99 for the entire year. One purchase and done and you can stream anywhere. I love the variety (I've done 21 day Fix, Country Heat, Cize, and am doing T-25 now)

I loved the 10 minute prenatal pilates videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWRGsg5xMLQ

As I progressed in the pregnancy, I enjoyed being able to just do a quick 10-minute video or string several of them together if I felt better that day.

I alternated between Suzanne Bowen's Slim & Toned (barre workout) and 10 Minute Solution: Prenatal Pilates DVDs. I really loved Slim & Toned - it kept my legs in shape but was low impact so perfect for pregnancy. I believe she's come out with another prenatal workout since I was pregnant. 10 Minute Solution was more stretching than anything but it felt great. I believe all five of the workouts from that DVD are on youtube.

@matador84: I moved cross country right after getting my BFP and can't find a gym here I like but I was like you with frequency before. I've been super happy with local prenatal yoga classes as well as a bunch I've found on youtube. I've also been loving prenatal barre. Check out Brittany Bendall's channel. She has a bunch of good stuff. If you do strength training and have some weights at home Bodyfit by Amy has some good prenantal videos on youtube. I'm also a huge fan of fitnessblender.com. They have some prenatal stuff but a lot you can still do. I also follow a ton of fitness blogs and use their pinnable workouts. Let me know if you have more questions.

Have you tried Mommastrong.com? They have prenatal and postnatal workouts and workouts for those of us with babies that aren't babies anymore. It's $2 a month. I load on my iPad and use airplay to display on my Apple TV.

I was working out 5-6 times a week before getting pregnant. I go to a gym that only offers classes so I'm limited in times I can attend between work and 2 other kids stuff.

Looking for advice on at-home workouts that are great for pregos--bonus if I can stream it off apple tv/youtube!
