I added a zip up pocket divider to the interior of the bag and instead of a nylon exterior, I asked for a softer material. The bag has arrived and it's extremely spacious with lots of different pockets. The nylon interior is heavy duty and seems like it can contain catastrophic leaks; the softer exterior fabric is more pleasing to the eye, in my opinion. I got the pumpkin bag for my mom and the canvas pleats bag for my SIL. They both LOVE them and they are so high-quality.
