When thrawing I always put it in a bowl or another layer of ziploc just in case! They are my absolute fave!! There are adapters available so that you can attach to your pump (mine was medela), you can pump right into them, freeze them fairly flat, and then defrost and attach right to the Tommee Tippee bottle, or very VERY easily pour them straight into your preferred bottle. Never spilt a drop with them, the pouring nozzle was the BEST!
