The osocozy prefolds are much softer and more absorbent than the Gerber ones I got. They work great. At some point we gave up on the drool and just changed his shirt/onesie an extra time or two each day. I think they're 4x6x4's. Really, any diaper service quality, 100% cotton (Indian or Chinese) non-infant size prefolds will work. We have Osocozy Chinese cotton prefolds, which I highly recommend as burp clothes, and gerber prefolds, which I hate. And I was looking on Etsy at getting some monogrammed ones but does anyone else have a good suggestion on what to use for a baby that is now drooling like crazy? Oh, and he's also now doing a spit-up burp. So greeeeeat. </p>
