At one point, though, I got a sinus infection and had to take antibiotics and a nasal spray, and I swear my supply went down (though I was still able to produce just barely enough). That probably sounds so lame, but I so rarely get colds. Tylenol is my headache go-to right now, so that sounds like a good choice.</p> <p>Now I'm just hoping the antibodies in my milk keep D from getting sick! Not that holding down big brother while I use the Nosefrida, sounds like much fun either, but I'll feel awful if the 5 week old catches this! But I've just gotten to a good place with my milk supply, and I don't want to screw it up! I started to research, but my head is spinning enough and all of the natural methods either sound completely unappealing or I'm already doing it and not getting any relief, so I figured I would just ask you ladies - if you took meds for a cold while BFing, what was your go-to? </p>
