I also don't like that it doesn't have wheels, so it's hard to move. It's not heavy, so not a big deal. I put those furniture pads on the bottom of the legs to protect the floor, so no problems there. So they wouldn't be able to eat there until they're more like 9 mos old.</p> <p>DS is 6 months and not sitting up yet, and he still has a hard time even in just the stroller (without the car seat) or his chicco clip on high chair. I had gone back and forth between the Boon flair and the Svan and ended up getting the Svan for dirt cheap...While it meets your criteria (its really compact and fits nicely in our extremely tiny house-plus it looks nice...and it grows with baby) I would not recommend it! I've already lost two screws (and wouldn't you know, its a special screw length) AND gotten a splinter. I would like to think for a $200+ high chair you wouldn't have to worry about the wood splintering, but I guess I was wrong.
