ACCURATE.

All of the crazy things that happened got in the way of me staying fit. I *finally* have a great routine which just include working out at home and work out classes with the stroller so she's with me. Trying to go out without her just never worked. :/

@Eko: nah, my chiro said a week maybe. I've only known people who've dislocated one while fighting or taking a hit of some kind. Blah. @Amelieisme: thanks!

@blackbird: boo! Hate being injured and exercise does suppress my tendency to overeat. Hears to a quick recovery!

@Eko: Sleep is key! I just laid down for a nap since my sick DD is sleeping. Had some things come up and couldn't get DS and DH out of house in timely manner. They've been gone 10 minutes and I hear her stirring. Oh well. Rest is for the weak 😁

@blackbird: wha! I have never heard of anyone dislocating a rib. Hopefully it's not a slow healing process!

I feel ya!

Plan: eat clean and workout while DS naps.

Actuality: DS takes crap naps so I either can't start or finish. Lack of sleep results in poor eating and enjoying a drink or two.

Just keep trying and one day ill be able to do what I plan lol.

Ain't that the truth :)

I dislocated a rib this week. Working out, of course. Being bedridden is so great for fitness ;p not to mention, it gives me the munchies

Plan: Get to bed at 10. Meet running group at 7 am for a nice jaunt.

Actuality: LO gets a fever overnight. Up til 2. Snack of cheese and crackers at 1 am (and soda cuz I just don't care at 1 am!) Cancel run. Up at 630 anyway.

Wonder why my attempts to get back in shape aren't working? 😉
