It's lined with a thin terry inner lining. Really cute designs. One thing is the sizing is quite generous. My son is 25 months and the 18-24 month size fits but the sleeves are still too long and we have to roll them up. I looked on Amazon but there are just so many brands and all seem somewhat expensive, so I want a red before buying. We get a lot of Carters but they only had two prints that I didn't love. I want something bright that isn't a fireman or policeman, etc.</p> <p>I want it to keep him dry for play at daycare, but not be too warm (prob 50 degrees outside and would also be wearing long sleeves or a sweatshirt). </p>
