I think you can find them for &lt;100 now. It has super tall handles and a full recline. The canopy could be better, but never bothers my LO. I'm 5'7, DH is 6' and it is very comfortable for us. I was using it in Salem. Im sure you can get a older model under $100. </p> <p>We got the Ils a first year ignite which doesn't have a *full* recline but it's decent. Def very lightweight. I am in the market for a lightweight stroller, under $100 with a basket, canopy, and hopefully tall handles. Every umbrella type stroller I have tried has made me feel like I was pushing a toy! </p> <p>Bonus points for full recline as I am going to try to get her to nap while on vacation. </p>
