I think I started giving her beans at around that age. Recently our Costco started carrying applesauce in pouches. Although they're not organic, they're all natural and in small packages so easy to carry around (gogosqueez.com).</p> <p>I usually give her a little container of snacks for the car since she hates the car seats. He loves them. I also give him the fruit leathers specifically for toddlers, he likes those too. Sometimes he'll eat a banana, so if I have ripe ones, I'll bring one of those as well.
