We go through a lot of raisins! Target has little packs of organic ones.

I like to take rinsed black beans and corn for an easy meal on the go for my toddler. I think I started giving her beans at around that age. Any bean is great, they're great for mashing between teeth.

I always carry fruit puree pouches w/me. Recently our Costco started carrying applesauce in pouches. Although they're not organic, they're all natural and in small packages so easy to carry around (gogosqueez.com).

I usually give her a little container of snacks for the car since she hates the car seats. She likes snap pea crisps, yogurt melts, and Cheerios.

@Bao: I get them on diapers.com - http://www.diapers.com/p/earths-best-sunny-days-snack-bars-strawberry-6306 - if I'm ordering diapers or something from soap.com I just throw them in the order : )

I give my son the cereal bars too. He loves them. I also give him the fruit leathers specifically for toddlers, he likes those too. Sometimes he'll eat a banana, so if I have ripe ones, I'll bring one of those as well. I try to limit the snacks though, because he tends to fill up on those and not eat proper meals.

@winniebee: I've had my eye out for those cereal bars, but can't find them at my grocery store...maybe I need to look somewhere else!

There are Earth's Best cereal bars that my LO really likes. I also give him cheddar bunnies on the go...as well as mini rice cakes....fruit pouches. I usually have a little container of dried snacks in my bag, plus a fruit pouch, plus a few cereal bars.

LO is 8 months old and is eating everything (for the most part), that we eat. I am having a hard time coming up with snacks for her on the go. Things that are not overly messy, but that also don't need to be kept cool. She likes puffs, and some Plum brand snacks but I want to add more variety.

What are some of your LO's favorite on the go snacks?
