We also used the Gumdrops ones which are an identical nipple to the Soothies, but the shape of the rest of the paci is contoured instead of round all the way around. We tried mam, and 2 or 3 other kinds, but he spit them all out. Really, even though we introduced early, he never took to pacifiers. Sleep has gone much easier bc she puts it in her mouth,lies down , and falls asleep. </p> <p>We use the Tommie Tippie brand.
