He's the exact same size as T, who is 16 months. We've been in 2 piece cotton old navy pj's for a while now. Right now he's in carter's fleece footies because our house is cold at night. But the cotton footies make him look like a sausage and don't look comfortable!

We love children's place. I find their Jammie's to be really stretchy.

DS is 27lbs and 31.5" (8.5 months haha) and we have the same issues with so many pjs being slim fit or just fit awkwardly. We love the Bonds Wondersuits from Australia. If you spend $100 AUD you get free international shipping. They're amazing - so soft, stretchy, breathable, fit perfectly, have foldover feet. Love them!

Cotton jammies have to be cut snug because they aren't flame resistant. Try fleece or try Carter's Sleep and Plays which are basically cotton footie jammies but are cut more generously because they aren't marketed as sleepwear.

I've had similar issues with my 23lb 6 month old. Carters is cut waaaay too slim. Baby Gap fits, but they rarely sell anything footed past the 9 month size. Gymboree is cut generously too.

Hey mama twin! I would love to help, but I gave up on pjs lol, he runs super hot so he just sleeps in his diaper with his blanket(he over a year), and that's what's worked for us!

Like the title says!!

My chunky one year old (he is actually 13 months) is not fitting into the normal Carters, Children's Place, Primary.Com, Target, etc. brand footed cotton onesie pj's. They are all too slim cut - it looks like he is wearing spandex! :bummed:

What brands work for chunky LOs? He is 32 inches, 27 lbs for reference. 99%!!
