The one thing I didn't like about them (and it might have been specific to our location) is they didn't keep their appointment times. They take great photos (and a lot of them!) but they run way over their schedule. It's not much fun to have to wait (for an hour) with a little one. They have a good selection of props and i've brought my own in too.
