I got them from target. In the beginning, with a black one and a white one plus a black nursing tank and a white nursing tank I was OK but doing a lot of laundry! Along the way i aquired a few more tanks (which i prefer over the bras). This time around I will be adding another couple black and white tanks into the mix.

I don't know about the "pretty" nursing bras, but I have the 2-pk of sports bra style nursing bra from target and LOVE them. only problem is that I am leaking everywhere right now so they're always in the wash. but they're really comfy! and have a low v-neck so you could wear them with a variety of shirts/necklines.

I live in the target nursing tanks and have found them more comfortable and easier for pumping/nursing than the nursing bras. I have heard they are less supportive for bustier folks but they have worked out great for me.

@Meggo5: Mrs Superhero just did a blog post too...Not sure what you're packin' over there, but apparently these are great for bustier women...

I really like http://breakoutbras.com I ordered a few and returned the ones that didn't fit. They have good prices, free shipping (but will deduct shipping costs if you return something) and really great reviews on most of the bras (like how the fit is). I never thought I'd buy bras online instead of from my local shop, but they are about a third of the price so....

Oh and they take 10% off for returning costumers, every time.

The best ones I bought were from a specialty bra store and a lactation consultant that sells bras. I would suggest (if you can) go to a chain store like Motherhood and buy a few soft cup/sport bra style nursing bras that will get you by until after baby comes and your supply levels off, then once your in a groove you can go and find proper fitted bras that may be a little more pricey but totally worth every penny.

The time has come that I need to make the switch to new bras... I think I will try to find some nursing bras that will see me through the remainder of my pregnancy and then work after the baby is born. I have been lucky to make it 35 weeks in my regular bras (which were a bit on the big side to begin) but they are just not comfy anymore :(

Where have you had the most success finding good nursing bras? Also, how many did you find that you needed?
