They usually help get things moving! We have had luck with prunes, peaches, pears, and squash. And, sometimes she strains but is not constipated, just firm. She really had to adjust from bm only! Also, water helps. When i got really desperate i gave pear juice, but i found that prunes worked the best. </p> <p>What have you given so far?</p> <p>I agree with above, no bananas or apples. We have been staying away from carrots, rice, bananas, apples.
