They have an adjustable waistband, and it actually looks normal when you cinch it in all the way (not like Gap jeans, where it looks all weirdly folder when it's cinched). So I have two pairs from Osh Kosh. I also tried Old Navy girls, and the 12-18 month skinny jeans fit PERFECTLY right now, but I feel like he would outgrow them in a month, so I would size up in those.
