Love this one: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/01/crock-pot-chicken-la-criolla.html

And this was good, too: http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2011/11/slow-cooker-shredded-korean-beef-tacos.html I made some tweaks, though. I added green onion and cilantro to the slaw mixture for some added kick. I also made a little sauce to go on top -- a mixture of mayo, sour cream, sriracha, & bacon fat! (Of you could make another sauce that is for your flavor.) This would also make for an excellent burrito if paired with your favorite rice!

I just love a lot of her recipes http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/

I use a dutch oven instead of a crockpot now, for some reason everything I make comes out dry no matter how much liquid I put in.

Anyways my go-to's are-

Potroast -
Chuck Roast
5 cloves of garlic
1 packet of Lipton's Onion Soup
Carrots and Potatoes

I stuff it with garlic cloves, sear it then cover it in the onion soup packet. I don't add water when I put it in the dutch oven but I would 2 cups to a crockpot. Cook for 5- 6 hours on low (7 hours on 225 in DO) add carrots and potatoes the last hour of cooking

Spicy Pulled Pork (this is from the Pioneer Woman Cooks)

This was really easy to do and I added Stub's bbq sauce at the end and make pulled pork sandwiches.
4 pounds (up To 7 Pounds) Pork Shoulder
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon (to 2 Tablespoons) Salt
Pepper To Taste
3 cloves (to 4 Cloves) Garlic
1 Tablespoon (to 2 Tablespoons) Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons (to 3 Tablespoons) White Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 whole Onion
Rinse and pat dry the pork shoulder.

To begin, just throw the dried oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar and brown sugar into a food processor or blender. (I happen to love brown sugar in my cooking, but you can decrease or omit it if you like.)

Cut one onion into quarters and put it in the food processor with the spices. Blend mixture until totally combined and then pour it over the pork shoulder.

Now rub it into every nook and cranny of the meat, tucking it under folds an in crevices. Let no stone go unturned.

Then place the pork into a roasting pan or Dutch oven and add a couple of cups of water. Cover tightly and roast pork at 300º for several hours, turning once every hour.

When it is fork tender, crank up the heat, remove the lid, and roast it, skin side up for another 15 to 20 minutes to get the skin crispy. When it’s done, let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding.

Shred the pork shoulder (two forks work well). When it’s all shredded be sure to pour the juices all over the meat

I made my FIRST ever slow cooker meal this weekend and it turned out great! I bought a 4 lb chuck roast and rubbed it with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. I put it in the slow cooker with carrots, onions, potatoes, a packet of dry onion soup, a bay leaf and 1/2 cup of water and cooked on low for about 8 hours.

It turned out great and is better than the pot roast my Mom used to make!!

We made really good pulled pork in the crock pot yesterday – it was root beer pulled pork, so it was a bit on the sweeter side. You just put in your pork and 1 bottle of root beer and cook on low for 6 hours – then add your BBQ sauce and continue to cook on low for another hour or so (or you can just add BBQ sauce and serve at once). Made some cole slaw for the side which is quick to make in the morning and let set up in the fridge while you’re at work all day.

I'm in love with this pulled pork: http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2009/03/crockpot-hirino-psito-slow-roasted-pork.html. It's not at all like a bbq flavor; you can tell from the ingredients that it's sweeter and more complex. It smells and tastes delicious, and goes with rice, rolls or baked potatoes.

It's not a recipe and it's not that healthy, but it's soooo tasty - McCormick's Pulled Pork seasoning packet - you add ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar and cook the pork shoulder on low for 8 hours and it is SOOOOO good - the best pulled pork sandwiches!

I feel like easy is best when you're a new mommy.

Chicken Tacos- put chicken, garlic, paprika, and salsa in and cook on low for 7-8 hours. I like to pull it a half hour before we eat so it all gets to soak in the juice.

Pot Roast- I just put in the roast and whatever veggies I want (potatoes, carrots, peas, mushrooms, etc) in and pour french onion soup over it. Cook 8 hours on low.
