We also have a space saver high chair - it doesn't weigh a lot so it's easy to bring to my parent's house. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11981516

Also highly recommend the Go Pod - I set this up in the kitchen so I can watch LO while I'm cooking. We also bring this a lot for travel. Very, very easy to set up! http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11123395

We have a Fisher Price booster seat type highchair that just attaches to a regular chair instead of being a large freestanding highchair. Bonus is it's easy to take to friend's houses too!

We live in a pretty small house, although we do have a basement for storage. For our high chair, we sprung for the OXO Sprout and I LOVE it. It's got a smaller footprint than many of the high chairs and while it doesn't fold up, it's nice looking and we keep it out in our kitchen all the time. It blends nicely and doesn't take up too much room.

For the pack and play we ended up with the Breeze which opens and closes amazingly easy (one handed - literally) so it's easy to fold up and move out of the way when not in use. We do this when we have company (they sleep in the floor in LO's room) and she sleeps in the pack and play in our room. It literally takes 10 seconds to set up or close up for the day. The baby bjorn travel crib, however, is much smaller and lighter so that's an option as well.

We also loved our rock and play sleeper and still use it with LO at 5+ months although we are winding down with it. When it's not in use it folds up no problem.

For anyone living in a major city or with little living space, what are your favorite space saving items (strollers, highchairs, pack & plays, whatever!)? As nice as it would be to just buy whatever, there just isn't the space for it :)
