I drink mothers milk tea 3X a day and eat 2-3 T of brewers yeast whenever my supply needs a boost. It usually gives me a 4-5 oz. increase. I thought MMP was the same as fenugreek + blessed thistle, but I never looked into it much.

I used More Milk Plus at one point and thought it helped a little, so I'm considering ordering it again. However, it's pricey, so I want to be sure there's nothing else out there that would work as well or better?? Is MMP that much better than plain fenugreek or blessed thistle? Is the MM "special blend" better than the MMP??

ETA: History - I've been having problems with supply ever since I went back to work about 4 months ago (when LO was 3 mo). She was 100% breastfed until 6 mo, but since that time I've had to supplement with formula now and then (I try to pump each time that happens, but I admit I don't do it every single time. Usually if I nurse and she just doesn't seem statisfied, I will give her 2-3 oz of formula or use a few ounces of formula if one of her daycare bottles is short). She started sleeping through the night around 5.5 months and started eating solids at 6 mo, so I think that has impacted my supply as well. **I am going to do some power pumping sessions and TRY to pump each time after she nurses, because I know that will have the biggest impact, but I am getting realllly sick of the pump! :)
