It's way better than a toothbrush because it actually has a guard that keeps it from going too far into the mouth. I'm a little worried she'll chew her way through it but I may resort to one and keep an eye on her. she's shredding her fingers :( she seems to be getting lateral incisors and molars at once. it's a giant swollen mess! </p>
