I will have my baby in time for summer, so I can take them swimming and stuff, and me and DH can get out and about for lots of walks and stuff when it is nice out. The weather here is so mild year round that there's no "bad" time of the year to be pregnant. I wouldn't really want to be 8 months pregnant in the middle of a hot humid summer, or during the depths of winter when I would be terrified of slipping on the ice. It was very hot, but I pretty much lived in the pool which was great for exercising. Plus I liked being able to wear flip flops with my swollen feet, and couldn't imagine having to put on tights and boots with a huge belly.</p> <p>I'm not going to plan the timing for next time. I too was huge during the hot months (I had the baby at the end of August). I was always hot so I think my body temperature might even itself out. Plus, then I can just throw on a bunch of clothes to hide all the extra "baby weight" around my bod. </p>
