I would just do a twin bed with a rail up high.

What about a floor bed with a twin mattress and a noodle under the fitted sheet around the edge?

Hi everyone,

I will be moving to a new home when LO is 18 mo and I am looking into possibly getting her a toddler bed instead of taking the crib and then having to change it soon after.
So far all the toddler beds I've looked at have small side rails at the head of the bed and are open at the other end. Problem is my LO turns frequently in bed and sometimes she ends up with her head at the foot of the bed. I don't want her to fall out.

What are the best options for a toddler bed in this case? Or should I just stick with the crib until she's climbing out of it?

TIA
