I am running again so now I run and do more of the muscle building exercises than the cardio as well. Although if I really wanted to get the results I want faster, I would be doing both. Maybe next week I'll do that! :) &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;DH and I have a big trip to the Bahamas coming up in March so I'm trying to get as in shape as I can!! For the first time in my life I actually LIKE to run. It's awesome!!
