Most of the tests are per capita (like child care per capita, etc) and we all know NYC is not an easy place to get child care! That could be it. Same with the schools....lower performing schools probably affect the results even though we have some amazing schools here.</p> <p>I also always wonder if it skews lower because we live in apartments/dont always own homes.
