At around 13 dpo, it had doubled. It ended up being triplets (although we only ended up with twins). Your numbers are high but since it is relatively far past ovulation, I would expect them to be so. At 13 "dpo" (actually 10dp3dt) I was around 125. 48 hrs later I was just over 300. Were you monitored?
