We ended up getting one for our 2 year old this summer (they were on sale which worked well) because they were fighting over the single one we had. We have Globber brand scooters which is a step down from the Micro Mini and they’ve been great. They were about $65-$70. But you could always do that and a helmet, and then get your younger one a scooter for their bday. </p> <p>Is she into music? We got my daughter a nice wooden dollhouse (I think we did Melissa and Doug with the elevator) for Christmas last year when she was 4.5 and she still loves it and plays with it all the time. Plus it makes a really nice thing to come down to on Christmas morning, all set up in front of the tree. Hers was around $100 and you could easily get extra furniture and dolls for it. </p>
