<description>&#60;p&#62;What about challenges where you have to complete X number of a certain exercise per day? Like, 50 sit-ups, pushups, squats, burpees, etc. You can break them up into sets so they're more manageable.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I actually think 1 hour of exercise per day is a lot (and this is coming from an avid exerciser)...not in terms of exercise but time. Maybe consider lowering the time to 30 minutes?

<description>&#60;p&#62;So work is doing a Biggest Loser competition and we need to put in challenges for food and exercise that will be drawn each week to complete. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So far I have:&#60;br /&#62;
- Eat 1 fruit or veggie with every meal&#60;br /&#62;
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day&#60;br /&#62;
- No &#34;dessert&#34; for 3 days.&#60;br /&#62;
- Eat 1 clean meal a day (no frozen, boxed meals)&#60;br /&#62;
- Move your body for at least 1 hour a day (walk, run, dance, workout vid etc etc.) &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone have any ideas for more challenges? I'm sure there will be duplicates and I want to submit things that are different from the average.
