I was still about 12 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was also rocking nursing boobs, so I felt pretty well proportioned. I'm currently wearing a bikini while pregnant, but we'll see how much my body bounces back after #2! I feel like you need pretty generous breasts to fill out a one piece, which is only true for me while nursing.
