I had no period for the whole time, never had to remember to take a pill, and the conceived quickly after removal. I'm BF and FF but the FF is not due to a drop in supply. It's gone great so far, I've only had minimal spotting and nothing for over a month at least at this point (she's 22 weeks today). I like that I don't have to remember to take a pill plus it's in there for a long time.
