Caitlanc-yeah the price and the akwardness of putting it in is the only downfall. i dont have any negative symptoms with it though. I may just stick it out and pay the price. it sure beats the price of another little one running around. :)

Ooh! I forgot about NuvaRing! I have an IUD now and have loved it but it's time to take it out. We're close to TTC but not quite there yet. The Patch was bad for me (wicked nausea and cramps) and I don't want to do the pill or condoms. NuvaRing is definitely worth asking about.

Are the $$ and ickiness the only downsides for you?

I just hate having to insert it, it's like weird putting it in there. I always have problems...haha

I loooooooved the NuvaRing! I used the patch before that (hated it-- it irritated my skin and left nasty gooey adhesive) and I always forgot to take my pills at the same exact time everyday. And I haven't used condoms in over 10 years, so I would stick with Nuva Ring if I could!

I am currently on the Nuva Ring since i had my son a little over 3 months ago but i'm thinking of switching birth control because it's a little expensive even with my insurance. I was just wondering if anyone else was on birth control. If so, what do you use and how do you like it? Do you have any side effects from it?
