After that, it is physically safe but may (or may not) impact your supply. A common rule of thumb is that once you start cycling on your own again you have enough endogenous estrogen that it is laughably unlikely that the small amount of estrogen in the pill will disrupt your supply. Then I switched to the combo pill. My supply was always good, and I had no breastfeeding issues when I switched. I will BF but also supplement with formula at times like I did w/ LO1. I prefer to take a pill after this pregnancy. Any experiences or thoughts would be helpful! Thank you! </p>
