So we rented a bounce place doing this whole shebang for 7 kids max lol. The party package is technically for up to 30 kids. I hope they all come! I could have paid per head for each kid and it would have been much cheaper lol. Extended family and friends. For DD1's 2nd and third it was just immediate family dinner. DD1 will be getting her first friend party this April for her 4th birthday. Very casual. I called the 2nd birthday a play date with cake. We were going to skip this year but every one at daycare had one and LO invited all her friends before we even mentioned a party. If not, when do you/did you plan to start throwing birthday parties (specially, those that include your child's friends, not just family members, etc.)? </p>
