I agree as long as it's not on Father's Day you are fine. Yes, some people might have other plans but that's always a risk. </p> <p>That specific weekend would be hard in my area, not because of Father's day but because it is the first weekend of summer vacation (well, hopefully - depends on the number of snow days we have). </p> <p>My DH also works weekends and our DD's birthday is two weeks before Christmas. We always pick a day that works for us and hope for the best.
